No Mo' Motown

John McCain, whose electoral hopes are currently fading fast, is pulling his campaign out of Michigan.

Mac will be focusing on the triumvirate of Pennsylvania, Minnesota and Wisconsin (all three of which have gone blue every year since 1992), and will start campaigning and advertising in Maine, which splits its electoral votes by congressional district.

This is obviously very, very bad news for the Republicans, and excellent news for the Democrats.  Obama is currently leading or tied in just about every single battleground state, and in some states he appears to suddenly be up by very comfortable margins.  Where will McCain find the 270 electoral votes he needs to win?

Right now, it doesn't look like he can find them, and hopefully Madame Moose Hunter won't do anything to help his cause tonight.
